1. Introduction

Automate AI LLC ("Automate AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates TRANSFORMR, a mobile application for personal life transformation across fitness, nutrition, business, finance, habits, sleep, mindset, and relationships. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both the TRANSFORMR mobile app and the transformrpro.com website.

By creating an account or using TRANSFORMR, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide TRANSFORMR. Categories include:

Account data

Your email address and authentication credentials, managed through our backend provider Supabase. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile photo) per the permissions you grant during sign-in.

Profile and goal data

Name, age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, countdown dates, and preferences you enter during onboarding or in your profile.

Health and fitness data you log

Workouts, sets, body weight, measurements, nutrition and water intake, supplements, sleep, mood, pain logs, readiness inputs, and progress photos. This data is classified as sensitive personal information and is subject to heightened protections.

Business and finance data you log

If you choose to use the business and finance features, we store the revenue, expenses, milestones, transactions, budgets, and net worth entries you provide. This information is stored separately from health data and is not shared with partners unless you explicitly enable financial sharing.

Journal entries and reflections

Free-text entries you write in the journal feature. Journal entries are private by default and are not shared with partners or used for any purpose other than displaying them back to you.

Partner data

If you link a partner account, certain data becomes visible to your linked partner per the sharing settings of the partnership. Both users must explicitly consent to partner linking, and either user can revoke the link at any time. See Section 7 for the complete list of what is and is not shared between partners.

Device and usage data

We collect crash reports through Sentry and product analytics through PostHog to fix bugs and improve the app. This includes device model, operating system version, app version, feature usage, session duration, and screen views. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not engage in device fingerprinting.

Purchase data

Subscription status and purchase history are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and reconciled through our subscription manager, RevenueCat. Payment card details for stake goals and any one-time program purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store full payment card numbers.

3. AI Processing

TRANSFORMR's coaching and analysis features are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. When you use an AI feature, relevant context (your goals, recent logs, and the content you submit, including meal photos or form-check images for vision features) is sent to the Anthropic API through our secure backend, and the response is returned to you.

API inputs are used to provide the feature. They are not used by us or by Anthropic to train AI models. Anthropic's API data usage terms apply to all requests we make on your behalf. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Anthropic's usage policies for more.

Your AI conversation history is stored in our database, subject to the same encryption and access controls as all other user data. You can opt out of AI features at any time and continue to use TRANSFORMR's manual tracking features.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and personalize the TRANSFORMR service.
  • Generate AI coaching responses, analyses, and recommendations tailored to your goals and history.
  • Sync partner features between linked accounts when both users have opted in.
  • Process subscription purchases and stake goal transactions through the providers described in Section 8.
  • Send notifications you have enabled, such as workout reminders, streak reminders, and weekly reviews.
  • Fix bugs, monitor reliability, and improve the product over time.

5. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties for their advertising.
  • We do not use your individual content to train third-party AI models.
  • We do not use advertising identifiers or device fingerprinting.

6. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL platform) with encryption at rest. Every table is protected by row-level security so that each user can access only their own data and any data explicitly shared with them by a linked partner.

Progress photos, form-check images, and other media files are stored in private storage buckets that are accessible only to the authenticated account owner and, where applicable, a linked partner.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit via TLS. Sensitive credentials such as authentication tokens are stored in your device's native secure keychain (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore), not in plaintext app storage. Biometric app lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) is available as an additional device-level security layer.

7. Sharing with Partners (the Human Kind)

When you link a partner account in TRANSFORMR, certain data is shared between the two accounts to power couples and accountability features. The defaults are:

  • Shared with linked partner by default: workout completion summaries, nutrition summaries, habit streaks, and goal progress.
  • Shared only if you opt in: mood logs, sleep data, and detailed nutrition records.
  • Never shared by default: financial data (revenue, expenses, net worth, transactions). Financial data is shared only if you explicitly enable financial sharing in your settings.
  • Never shared: journal entries and private reflections are private to you, regardless of partner status.

You can review and adjust your partner sharing settings at any time. Unlinking a partner revokes future access. Data your partner viewed prior to unlinking cannot be recalled, but no new data is shared after the link is revoked.

8. Service Providers

We use the following service providers to operate TRANSFORMR. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy policy, and we use only the information required for the listed purpose.

  • Supabase: backend database, authentication, and storage for user data and media.
  • Anthropic: AI inference for coaching, analysis, and vision features.
  • RevenueCat: subscription state management across Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution and in-app subscription processing.
  • Stripe: payment processing for stake goals and any web-based one-time purchases.
  • Sentry: crash and error reporting.
  • PostHog: product analytics for understanding feature usage and reliability.
  • Vercel: hosting for the transformrpro.com website.

9. Retention, Export, and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can export and delete your data at any time:

  • Export. From within the app, go to Profile and choose Data Export. You can download a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Delete. From within the app, go to Profile and choose Delete Account. You can also request deletion at transformrpro.com/delete-account. Once confirmed, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and contain no recoverable personal data after the deletion window.
  • Anonymized statistics. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that are not tied to any individual may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

10. Children

TRANSFORMR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@transformrpro.com.

11. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we provide all TRANSFORMR users the following rights:

  • Access. View your data in the app at any time.
  • Correction. Edit your profile, goals, and logged data directly in the app.
  • Export. Download a copy of your data per Section 9.
  • Deletion. Delete your account per Section 9.
  • Opt out. Independently disable AI features, push notifications, partner sharing, or specific data categories without losing access to the rest of the app.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a CCPA request, email support@transformrpro.com.

Users in regions with GDPR-style rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with GDPR-style protections, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the TRANSFORMR service), your consent (for optional features such as partner sharing or AI features), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service. TRANSFORMR is operated from the United States; by using the app you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your jurisdiction. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@transformrpro.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date and notify users in the app. Your continued use of TRANSFORMR after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you disagree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
