TRANSFORMR Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRANSFORMR mobile application and the transformrpro.com website, both operated by Automate AI LLC ("Automate AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using TRANSFORMR, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by them.

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account and use TRANSFORMR. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

2. The Service

TRANSFORMR is a personal life-transformation app that helps you set goals and track progress across fitness, nutrition, business, finance, habits, sleep, mindset, and relationships, with AI-generated coaching powered by Anthropic's Claude models. TRANSFORMR requires a paid subscription, described in Section 5.

3. Not Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

Please read this section carefully.

TRANSFORMR provides AI-generated coaching, fitness, nutrition, wellness, and life-management content for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice of a physician, dietitian, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider. You should consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness program, making significant dietary changes, beginning a supplementation regimen, or acting on any health-related suggestion from the app. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

The business, finance, and net-worth tracking features in TRANSFORMR are informational only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

TRANSFORMR IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY ADVERSE EFFECTS WHILE USING THE APP, DISCONTINUE USE AND SEEK PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Couples and partners should use the Partner linking feature, not shared accounts.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
• Notify us immediately at support@transformrpro.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription tiers

Free trial

Where offered, paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be billed for the subscription until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on the platform you used to subscribe. Deleting the TRANSFORMR app does not cancel a subscription.

Processing and refunds

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Subscription state is reconciled through RevenueCat. Refund requests are governed by Apple's or Google's policies and are issued by them, not by us. The Founding Operator purchase is processed by Apple or Google as a one-time in-app purchase. Any future web-based purchases would be processed by Stripe.

Founding Operator

The Founding Operator purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants lifetime access to the features described at the time of purchase. Availability is limited and may close without notice. Lifetime means for the operational lifetime of the TRANSFORMR service; it does not obligate us to operate the service indefinitely.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

6. Stake Goals

Stake Goals are an optional accountability feature that allows you to voluntarily commit real money to a personal goal. Stake amounts are processed by Stripe. By creating a stake, you authorize the stake amount and accept the outcome rules shown to you at the time you create the stake.

If you achieve the goal within the defined timeframe, your stake is returned to you, net of any payment processing fees disclosed at stake creation. If you do not meet the goal under the rules shown when you create the stake, the staked amount is forfeited and retained by Automate AI LLC. The forfeiture destination and all stake rules are displayed before you confirm any stake.

Stake Goals are not gambling. There is no element of chance, no wagering against other users, and no house odds. You set your own goal and stake against your own performance.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Stake Goals, regardless of the minimum age for general app usage.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts may apply and are displayed before you confirm a stake.
• Stake Goals may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding voluntary monetary commitments.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in TRANSFORMR, including workout logs, nutrition data, journal entries, progress photos, form-check images, financial data, and AI conversation history.

By using the service, you grant Automate AI a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to store, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you and, where applicable, your linked partner. We do not use your personal content for advertising or for any purpose not described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not use TRANSFORMR for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users via partner features or any other mechanism in the app.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the app, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service or other users' data.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, bypass our security controls, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Do not submit deliberately false data to manipulate AI coaching, streaks, challenges, or any other feature.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content provided by TRANSFORMR (including coaching responses, recommendations, analyses, meal identification, form-check observations, and trajectory simulations) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances. AI outputs are generated by statistical models and may produce errors that a human expert would not.

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on AI output. Treat AI suggestions as a starting point, not as professional advice. Verify important information with a qualified professional before acting on it.

10. Intellectual Property

TRANSFORMR, the prism mark, the "Transform Everything" tagline, the app source code, designs, exercise library, achievement system, and all related content are the intellectual property of Automate AI LLC. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or use these materials without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Your data belongs to you. We hold only the limited license described in Section 7 and our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by visiting transformrpro.com/delete-account, or by contacting support@transformrpro.com. Account deletion follows the data handling described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or to the service. Where termination is for cause, no refund is owed for the remaining subscription period. Where required, we will notify you of the reason for termination via the email associated with your account.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TRANSFORMR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any of the following: data loss or corruption, fitness or other injuries sustained while following workout or wellness recommendations, financial or business decisions made on the basis of tracking data or AI projections, the accuracy of any AI-generated recommendation, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers (including Apple, Google, Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Stripe, Sentry, PostHog, or Vercel).

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION OR PURCHASE FEES DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TRANSFORMR shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration seated in Phoenix, Arizona. You and Automate AI LLC each agree to bring claims only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

Class action waiver. Disputes must be brought individually. Neither you nor Automate AI LLC may participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action regarding disputes arising under these Terms.

Small claims exception. Claims that qualify may be brought in small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona instead of in arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via in-app notification and by email to the address associated with your account, and we will update the "Effective date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of TRANSFORMR after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
