How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to your phone's Settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Find TRANSFORMR and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I connect with my partner?+
Both partners need the Partners tier. One person subscribes, then goes to Settings → Partners → Invite Partner. They'll receive a link to connect your accounts.
Why isn't my challenge showing as verified?+
Verification happens when data is logged. Make sure you've logged your workout, water, meals, etc. in the app. Verification typically updates within a few minutes of logging.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export. You can download all your data in CSV format at any time.
How does the AI Meal Camera work?+
Point your camera at your food and tap the shutter button. AI identifies the food items, estimates portion sizes, and logs the macros. You can adjust any values if needed.
Is my data private?+
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption. Your data is never sold to third parties. We make money from subscriptions, not your personal information. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
What if I lose my streak?+
On the Free tier, lost streaks reset to zero. On paid tiers, you get streak freeze tokens (1/month on Pro, 2/month on Elite, 3/month on Partners) that protect your streak for a missed day.
How accurate is the calorie tracking?+
AI Meal Camera is typically within 10-15% accuracy for common foods. You can always manually adjust portions and items for perfect accuracy. Over time, the AI learns your common meals.
