Requesting Your Data or Deleting Your Account
You have the right to access all data TRANSFORMR holds about you and to request its permanent deletion. These rights apply regardless of your location.
Exporting Your Data
To download a copy of everything TRANSFORMR has stored about you:
- Open TRANSFORMR → You → Settings → Data → Export My Data.
- Tap Request Export.
- Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with a download link.
The export package includes (in CSV format):
- All workout logs (date, exercise, sets, reps, weight)
- All meal logs (date, food items, macros)
- Body metric logs (weight, measurements, timestamps)
- Sleep logs
- Streak history
- Challenge participation and completion records
- Journal entries (text only, no AI-generated content)
- Account metadata (email, signup date, plan history)
Elite and Partners users can also export directly from the app in Settings → Data → Export → Download Now (instant, no email required for accounts under 1 GB).
Deleting Your Account
See How to Delete Your Account for full instructions. A summary:
- In-app: You → Settings → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account
- Web form: transformrpro.com/delete-account — enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, confirm
- Email: Send a request from your account email to support@transformrpro.com
Deletion is processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email.
GDPR / CCPA Rights
Beyond export and deletion, you have the right to:
- Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data (do this in-app via Settings → Profile)
- Restriction — request that we restrict processing your data pending a dispute
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (the CSV export above fulfills this)
- Objection — object to processing for direct marketing (unsubscribe from email notifications in Settings → Notifications)
To exercise rights that aren't self-served in the app, email support@transformrpro.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request." We respond within 30 days (as required by GDPR Article 12).
