Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data from TRANSFORMR servers, including workouts, meals, progress photos, streaks, challenge history, and partner connections. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

This is the fastest method.

  1. Open TRANSFORMR and tap YouSettings.
  2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Your account will be queued for deletion and fully removed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Option 2: Self-Service Web Form

If you no longer have access to the app:

  1. Visit transformrpro.com/delete-account.
  2. Enter your account email address.
  3. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to that email.
  4. Enter the code on the page.
  5. Check the confirmation box and submit.

Your deletion request will be processed within 48 hours.

Option 3: Email Request

Send a deletion request from your account email to support@transformrpro.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and account email. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account and login credentials are immediately deactivated
  • All personal data is purged from active databases within 48 hours
  • Backup systems retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data only (as required for statistical integrity)
  • Any active subscription is automatically cancelled — you won't be charged again
  • Refunds for unused subscription time are handled per our Refund Policy

Partners Account Deletion

If you're in an active Partners sync, deleting your account will disconnect your partner. They'll receive a notification that the connection has ended. Their own account and data remain unaffected.
