Changing Your Email Address

  1. Open TRANSFORMR and tap YouSettingsAccount.
  2. Tap Email Address.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Enter your current password to confirm it's you.
  5. Tap Save Changes.

TRANSFORMR will send a verification link to your new email address. Click that link to confirm the change. Until you verify, your old email address remains active. This two-step process ensures nobody can change your email without access to the new inbox.

If you no longer have access to your original email, contact support@transformrpro.com with proof of identity and we can help you recover your account.

Changing Your Password

  1. Open TRANSFORMR and tap YouSettingsAccount.
  2. Tap Password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password (8+ characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number or symbol).
  5. Tap Update Password.

You'll receive an email notification confirming the password change. If you did not initiate this change, contact support immediately.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your account email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link — it expires in 1 hour.
  4. Click the link and enter your new password.
  5. Log in with your new credentials.

Reset email not arriving? Check your spam folder. If you're using a work email with aggressive filtering, try requesting from a different network. Still nothing? Email support@transformrpro.com.

Using Sign-In with Apple

If you created your account via Sign in with Apple and want to set a password instead (to log in on Android or the web), go to Settings → Account → Set Password. This creates a password while keeping your Apple Sign-In intact.
