Switching Between Plans
How to Change Your Plan
- Open TRANSFORMR and tap You → Settings → Subscription.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Browse the available tiers — Free, Pro, Elite, and Partners.
- Select the plan you want.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrading (Moving to a Higher Tier)
Upgrades take effect immediately. You get instant access to all features of the new plan.
Billing is prorated: if you're mid-cycle on a monthly plan, you'll only be charged for the remaining days of the billing period at the new rate. Your renewal date doesn't change.
Example: You're on Pro ($9.99/mo) and upgrade to Elite ($14.99/mo) 15 days into your billing cycle. You'll be charged approximately $7.49 today (half of the $5.00 difference × 15 remaining days), then $14.99 on your next renewal.
Downgrading (Moving to a Lower Tier)
Downgrades are scheduled — they take effect at your next renewal date. You keep your current plan's features until then, and you won't receive a partial refund.
Example: You downgrade from Elite to Pro on March 10th, and your billing cycle renews on March 25th. You keep Elite access until March 25th, then Pro kicks in.
Switching to Annual
You can switch from monthly to annual billing on any paid plan:
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Change Plan.
- Toggle the Monthly / Annual switch at the top.
- The annual price gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
- Select your tier and confirm.
The switch to annual takes effect at your next renewal date.
Switching to the Free Plan
