Managing Notification Preferences

TRANSFORMR sends notifications to keep you accountable without overwhelming you. Here's how to customize them.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Tap YouSettingsNotifications.

You'll see two sections: Push Notifications (app) and Email Notifications.

Push Notification Categories

| Category | What it sends | Default | |----------|---------------|---------| | Streak reminders | Alert if your daily streak is at risk | On | | Workout reminders | Daily prompt to complete your workout | On | | Partner nudges | When your partner completes a challenge or workout | On | | Check-in reminders | Morning and evening mood/body check-ins | On | | Challenge updates | Milestones, verifications, and expiry warnings | On | | AI insights | Weekly body-business correlation report | On | | Goal milestones | When you hit a weight, fitness, or streak milestone | On |

Toggle any category off individually. You can also set Quiet Hours — a window during which no push notifications are sent (default: 10 PM – 7 AM).

Setting Reminder Times

For timed reminders (workout, check-in), tap the category to expand it and set your preferred time. You can have different times for weekdays vs. weekends.

Email Notification Categories

| Category | Default | |----------|---------| | Weekly progress report | On | | Streak loss alerts | On | | Billing and subscription updates | On (cannot disable) | | New features and announcements | Off | | Challenge results | On |

To update email preferences, scroll to the Email section in Notification Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

System Notifications

Billing updates, security alerts (password changes, new logins), and account deletion confirmations are always sent regardless of notification preferences. These cannot be disabled.

Disabling All Notifications

To disable all push notifications, turn off notifications for TRANSFORMR in your phone's system settings (iOS: Settings → TRANSFORMR → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → TRANSFORMR → Notifications). TRANSFORMR will respect the system-level block.
