Setting Up Your Profile and Goals
A complete profile unlocks personalized AI recommendations and accurate tracking across all 8 Pillars. This is the most important step for getting real value from TRANSFORMR.
Body Stats
Navigate to Profile → Body Stats and fill in:
- Height — used for BMI, VO₂ max estimates, and calorie calculations
- Current weight — your starting point for trend tracking
- Goal weight — optional, but enables the Progress Projection feature
- Date of birth — used for heart rate zone calculations and age-adjusted readiness scoring
- Biological sex — affects macro targets, heart rate formulas, and hormonal cycle tracking (optional)
Your weight is not shared with anyone — not your partner, not the community. It's used only for your personal calculations.
Selecting Your Primary Goal
TRANSFORMR asks you to pick one primary goal at setup:
| Goal | Description | |------|-------------| | Lose weight | Caloric deficit recommendations, fat-burning emphasis | | Build muscle | Hypertrophy programs, protein targets | | Improve fitness | Cardio, endurance, VOâ‚‚ max focus | | Boost productivity | Business Pillar emphasis, energy optimization | | Transform everything | All 8 Pillars equally weighted |
You can change your primary goal at any time in Profile → Goals.
