Creating Your Account
Setting up a TRANSFORMR account takes about 60 seconds. Here's the full walkthrough.
Step 1: Open the App and Tap "Get Started Free"
On the welcome screen you'll see two options: Get Started Free and Log In. If you're new, tap Get Started Free.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address you want associated with your account. Use an email you check regularly — this is where your progress reports, recovery codes, and support replies will land.
Important: If you're setting up a Partners account (shared with a partner or spouse), each person needs their own separate email.
Step 3: Create a Password
Your password must be:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one number or special character
We recommend using a password manager. TRANSFORMR does not store your password in plain text — it's hashed using bcrypt before storage.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
After tapping Create Account, check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@transformrpro.com. It may take 1–2 minutes.
- Tap the Verify Email button in the email.
- You'll be redirected back to the app, now logged in.
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Tap Resend Verification on the verification screen, or contact support.
Step 5: Grant Permissions
For the best experience, allow the following when prompted:
- Notifications — for streak reminders, challenge updates, and partner nudges
- Health/Fitness data — to sync with Apple Health or Google Fit automatically
- Camera — for the AI Meal Camera feature
All permissions can be changed later in your phone's Settings.
Starting Your Free Trial
After verification, you'll automatically be enrolled in a 7-day free trial of the Elite plan so you can experience every feature without restriction. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After 7 days, your account automatically drops to the Free plan unless you upgrade. We'll remind you with an email 48 hours before the trial ends.
