Connecting Wearables and Integrations

TRANSFORMR pulls data from your existing health hardware and apps so you don't have to log everything manually.

Supported Integrations

| Platform | Data Synced | |----------|-------------| | Apple Health | Steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts, weight | | Google Fit | Steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, weight | | Garmin Connect | All workout data, HRV, sleep stages, body battery | | Fitbit | Sleep stages, heart rate, activity, weight | | Oura Ring | HRV, sleep stages, readiness score, temperature | | Whoop | Strain score, recovery, sleep, HRV |

How to Connect

  1. Open TRANSFORMR and tap YouSettingsIntegrations.
  2. Tap the platform you want to connect.
  3. Tap Connect — you'll be redirected to that platform's authorization page.
  4. Approve the data-sharing permissions.
  5. Return to TRANSFORMR — data will begin syncing within a few minutes.

For Apple Health, you'll be prompted to grant access directly in the iOS permissions dialog. Select which data categories to allow.

Sync Frequency

  • Apple Health / Google Fit: Near real-time via background refresh
  • Garmin / Fitbit / Oura / Whoop: Syncs every 30 minutes, or tap Sync Now in Integrations for an immediate refresh

How Integrations Affect Your Readiness Score

When a wearable is connected, TRANSFORMR uses its HRV and sleep data to refine your Readiness Score rather than relying on manual inputs. This makes the score significantly more accurate. The more data sources connected, the more precise the recommendations.

Disconnecting an Integration

Go to Settings → Integrations, tap the connected platform, then tap Disconnect. Your historical data that was already imported is retained. To delete it, go to Profile → Data → Delete Integration Data.

Privacy Note

TRANSFORMR only reads data from integrations — it never writes back or modifies data in Apple Health, Garmin, etc. Your integration credentials are stored using OAuth tokens and are never exposed to TRANSFORMR's servers.
