Navigating the Dashboard

The TRANSFORMR dashboard is your daily mission control. Here's what every element means and how to use it.

The Readiness Score

At the top of the dashboard is your Readiness Score — a number from 0 to 100 that tells you how recovered and prepared your body and mind are for high performance today. It's calculated from sleep quality, HRV, resting heart rate, previous workout intensity, and mood check-in data.

  • 80–100 — Peak readiness. Schedule your hardest workouts and most demanding work.
  • 60–79 — Good. Normal training and productivity work.
  • 40–59 — Moderate. Consider lighter workouts and avoid unnecessary stressors.
  • Below 40 — Recovery day. The AI Coach will suggest active recovery protocols.

The Pillar Ring

Below the Readiness Score is a circular display showing your active Pillars. Each ring segment represents one Pillar, colored and filled based on today's completion percentage. Tap any segment to jump directly to that Pillar's detail view.

Today's Tasks

A scrollable list of today's recommended actions generated by the AI. These might include:

  • "Log your morning weight"
  • "Complete Day 4 of Strength Builder"
  • "Review your business P&L"
  • "10-minute breathing session"

Tap any task to complete it or tap the + icon to add your own.

Active Challenges

If you're enrolled in any Challenges, your current status (streak, progress, staked amount) appears here as a compact card. Tap it to view the full challenge detail screen.

Quick Log Buttons

At the bottom of the dashboard is a persistent quick-log bar:

| Icon | Action | |------|--------| | 🍎 | Log a meal (AI Camera or manual) | | 💪 | Start or log a workout | | 💤 | Log sleep | | 📊 | Log body weight | | 🧠 | Open AI Coach chat |

Bottom Navigation

The main bottom tab bar has five tabs:

  1. Home — the dashboard
  2. Train — workout library and history
  3. Eat — nutrition log and meal insights
  4. Build — Business Pillar, habits, and mindset tools
  5. You — profile, settings, challenges, partner sync
