The 7-Day Free Trial
What You Get
Every new TRANSFORMR account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Elite plan. During your trial you have access to every feature in TRANSFORMR — including the AI Meal Camera, Ghost Mode, unlimited AI Chat, goal staking, custom dashboards, and the Partners tier features if applicable.
No Credit Card Required
The free trial doesn't require a credit card. You won't be prompted for payment information until you choose to subscribe.
What Happens After 7 Days
At the end of the trial period, your account automatically transitions to the Free plan. You'll receive reminder emails:
- 48 hours before the trial ends — a summary of what you'd lose on Free vs. Elite
- 24 hours before — final reminder to upgrade if desired
If you haven't entered payment info, you simply continue on Free. No charge, no cancellation needed.
How to Subscribe During or After the Trial
- Tap You → Settings → Subscription at any time.
- Select your preferred plan and billing cadence (monthly or annual).
- Complete checkout through App Store or Google Play.
Your subscription begins the moment you subscribe. If you subscribe before the trial ends, the remaining trial days are added to your first paid period — you're never double-charged.
Trial Eligibility
The 7-day free trial is available to new accounts only. If you've previously had a TRANSFORMR account (even if deleted), you're not eligible for a second trial. Attempting to create a new account to re-access the trial may result in both accounts being flagged.
Partners Trial
If you sign up for a Partners plan, both users each get their own 7-day trial before the joint billing begins. Both users must confirm their accounts before the Partners trial activates.
