Cancelling Your Subscription

TRANSFORMR subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Cancellation happens through the same platform where you subscribed.

Cancel on iOS (App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find TRANSFORMR in the list.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find TRANSFORMR and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Same as iOS — access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You keep full access to your paid tier until the current period ends
  • At the end of the period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan
  • All your data is preserved — workouts, meals, progress photos, streaks, everything
  • You can resubscribe at any time and pick up right where you left off
  • You do not need to create a new account

Partners Account Cancellation

If you cancel a Partners subscription, both users will be downgraded to Free at the end of the period. The partner sync, joint streaks, and shared challenges will be deactivated. Both users' individual data is preserved.

Cancelling During the Free Trial

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged at all. Cancel at any point during the trial by following the steps above. Access to Elite features continues through the end of the trial period.
