Refund Policy
General Policy
Because TRANSFORMR subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play, all billing and refunds are ultimately subject to their respective policies. TRANSFORMR itself does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — you must request them through the platform where you purchased.
Requesting an App Store Refund (iOS)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the TRANSFORMR charge you want to dispute.
- Click Report a Problem and select a reason.
- Submit your request.
Apple typically processes refund decisions within 48 hours.
Requesting a Google Play Refund (Android)
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Find your TRANSFORMR subscription.
- Click Report a problem and select the appropriate reason.
- Submit.
Google's policy generally allows refunds within 48 hours of a charge.
TRANSFORMR's Approach
While we can't issue refunds directly, we're committed to making things right if something goes wrong:
- If TRANSFORMR had a verified service outage during a billing period, we'll work with you to get a refund approved.
- If you were charged after cancelling, contact us at support@transformrpro.com with a screenshot of your cancellation confirmation — we'll advocate with Apple/Google on your behalf.
- If you're unhappy with the product for any reason within the first 7 days (outside the free trial), contact us and we'll do our best to get you a refund.
What Is Not Refundable
- Partial periods after downgrading
- Charges from months where the service was fully operational and you simply didn't use it
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago (outside Apple/Google's standard refund window)
