Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Upgrading
To move to a higher tier:
- Open TRANSFORMR → You → Settings → Subscription.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Select the higher tier.
- Review the prorated charge and tap Confirm Upgrade.
Your upgrade takes effect immediately — you get access to all new features the moment the upgrade is confirmed.
Proration: You're only charged for the remaining days in your current billing cycle at the new rate. The exact proration is shown in the confirmation dialog before you commit.
Downgrading
- Open TRANSFORMR → You → Settings → Subscription.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Select the lower tier.
- Tap Confirm Downgrade.
Your downgrade is scheduled for your next renewal date. You keep current-tier features until then, and no partial refund is issued.
Feature access after downgrading: On the downgrade date, any features exclusive to your old plan will be disabled. Data is not deleted — if you upgrade again in the future, everything is restored.
For example, if you downgrade from Elite to Pro, your custom dashboards will be deactivated (but saved), and your goal-staking feature will be suspended. Your staked challenges will complete normally before the downgrade date if they're active.
Upgrading via In-App Purchase
All billing happens through Apple App Store or Google Play — TRANSFORMR never stores your payment details. To update your payment method, go to your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Annual vs. Monthly
You can switch between annual and monthly billing. Switching to annual gives you approximately 2 months free. The switch takes effect at your next renewal date; you won't be charged twice for the same period.
