Challenge Auto-Verification
TRANSFORMR automatically verifies whether you've completed challenge requirements — no manual proof submission needed in most cases. Here's how it works for each challenge type.
Workout-Based Challenges
For challenges that require completing specific workouts (e.g., "Complete 20 workouts in 30 days"):
- TRANSFORMR uses your in-app workout logs as the primary source of truth
- Each workout session logged through TRANSFORMR's workout tracker counts automatically
- Wearable sync (Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health) provides a secondary verification layer — if the workout data from your wearable matches the parameters, it counts even if you didn't start the workout from inside TRANSFORMR
Minimum workout duration to count toward challenges: 15 minutes of continuous logged activity.
Nutrition Challenges
For nutrition challenges (e.g., "Hit protein target 14 days in a row"):
- TRANSFORMR uses your daily meal log totals
- Days where you log fewer than 3 meals are flagged as incomplete unless your logged totals still meet the target
- AI Meal Camera logs, manual entries, and barcode scans all count equally
Body Measurement Challenges
For challenges involving weight or measurement changes (e.g., "Lose 5 lbs"):
- You must log at least one weight entry at the start and one at the end of the challenge
- For best accuracy, log first thing in the morning before eating
- If you use a smart scale that syncs to Apple Health, weight is imported automatically
Photo Verification
Some Elite and custom challenges require a before/after photo for verification:
- Photos are analyzed by TRANSFORMR's AI, which looks for evidence consistent with the claimed transformation (visible change, consistent environment, unedited)
- Photos are private by default and never shared publicly or with other users
- If the AI cannot verify from a photo, the challenge is marked "Pending Manual Review" and a human at TRANSFORMR reviews it within 48 hours
Anti-Cheat Measures
TRANSFORMR takes challenge integrity seriously, especially for staked money challenges:
- Workout data is cross-referenced against wearable timestamps
- GPS data (for outdoor workouts) must be consistent with claimed distance
- Anomalous patterns (e.g., logging 3 workouts in 2 hours) are flagged for review
- Repeatedly flagged accounts may be suspended from staking challenges
Disputed Verifications
If you believe a completion was incorrectly rejected, tap the challenge and tap Dispute Verification. Include any supporting details. Disputes are reviewed within 72 hours.
