The AI Chat Coach is your always-on, context-aware coach that knows your data, your goals, and all 8 Pillars of TRANSFORMR. It's powered by advanced AI and trained specifically on health, fitness, nutrition, business performance, and mindset transformation.

Accessing the Coach

Tap the 🧠 brain icon in the dashboard quick-log bar, or tap the AI Coach button from any Pillar detail screen. The chat interface opens immediately.

What You Can Ask

The AI Coach is equipped to help with:

Fitness & Body:

  • "Why is my readiness score low today?"
  • "What should I eat before my 6 AM workout?"
  • "Am I overtraining? My HRV has been dropping all week."
  • "Create a 4-week hypertrophy program for me."

Nutrition:

  • "I'm 30g short on protein for the day — what can I eat?"
  • "Analyze my macro trend from this week."
  • "Explain my caloric deficit progress."

Business & Productivity:

  • "My revenue was up this week but I barely worked out. What does the correlation say?"
  • "Build me a weekly time-blocking template around my workout schedule."

Mindset & Habits:

  • "I missed my streak for the first time in 63 days. How do I recover mentally?"
  • "Suggest a 10-minute morning mindset routine."

Context Awareness

The AI Coach reads your actual TRANSFORMR data — including your readiness score, recent workouts, meal logs, sleep data, streak history, and active challenges. You don't need to explain your situation; the Coach already knows it.

If you ask "how did I do this week?", it doesn't give a generic answer — it reviews your actual logged data and provides a specific, personalized response.

Message Limits

  • Free plan: 10 messages per day
  • Pro, Elite, Partners: Unlimited messages

The daily limit resets at midnight in your local time zone.

Saving Coach Insights

If the Coach gives you a particularly useful workout plan, meal suggestion, or insight, tap the bookmark icon to save it to your Saved Insights library (accessible from Your Profile).

What the Coach Won't Do

The AI Coach provides general health and wellness guidance, not medical advice. For medical conditions, injuries, or medications, consult a qualified healthcare professional. The Coach will always recommend this when relevant questions are asked.
