The Body-Business Correlation

The Body-Business Correlation is TRANSFORMR's flagship insight feature — the thing that makes us different from every other fitness app. It shows you the measurable relationship between your physical optimization and your professional and financial performance.

The Core Insight

TRANSFORMR tracks data across all 8 Pillars simultaneously. Over time, it identifies statistically significant correlations between physical inputs (sleep quality, workout consistency, nutrition score) and business outputs (self-reported income, productivity, focus score, hours of deep work).

Most users discover patterns like:

  • "On days after 7+ hours of sleep, my deep work hours are 40% higher."
  • "When I work out 4+ days in a week, my revenue that week is 23% above average."
  • "My worst business weeks almost always follow a 3+ day streak break."

How to View Your Correlation

  1. On the dashboard, tap the Build tab.
  2. Scroll to the Body-Business Correlation card.
  3. Tap View Full Report to see the detailed correlation breakdown.

The report shows:

  • A correlation heatmap (body metrics vs. business metrics by day)
  • Your strongest positive correlations (what physical behaviors predict your best work days)
  • Your strongest negative correlations (what disrupts performance most)
  • A 90-day trend line

What Data Goes In

Body inputs: sleep duration and quality, workout completion, nutrition score, readiness score, HRV trend, steps, hydration

Business inputs: daily revenue (manual entry), hours of deep work (manual or imported from Toggl), self-assessed focus score (1–10), tasks completed, time-blocked hours honored

You control how much business data to log. Even logging one or two business metrics is enough for meaningful correlations after 4–6 weeks.

When Do Correlations Become Reliable?

The algorithm needs at least 30 days of data across both body and business metrics before it surfaces confident correlations. Before that, you'll see a message indicating how many days remain until reliable insights are available.

Business financial data is encrypted end-to-end and is never shared — not with your partner, not used for marketing, never exported to third parties. You own your data.
